There is no more beautiful or powerful prayer on earth than the Most Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, where Jesus' sacrifice on Calvary is renewed for us each day. It is where we most fully "remember" the love of God, what He has done for us.
The primary ends (goals) of the Mass are the four main types of prayer:
Adoration - to give God glory and praise
Contrition - to express sorrow for sin and ask forgiveness
Thanksgiving - to share gratitude for the blessings we have received
Supplication - to implore continues graces in our lives (or the lives of others) in particular ways.
Outside the Mass, the Church gives us the beautiful gift of Eucharistic Adoration, which allows us to continue our prayer to Jesus before His face in the Eucharist.

The Church is also unlocked EVERY DAY from 7 am - 8 pm to pray before him in the Tabernacle, where His sacramental presence resides in the tabernacle. Come and spend time with Him!
Why five First Saturdays in particular?
Jesus explained to Sr. Lucia on May 29-30, 1930 saying:
"Daughter, the motive is simple: There are five kinds of offenses and blasphemies spoken against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
First: blasphemies against the Immaculate Conception (her sinlessness)
Second: against her Virginity (her perpetual purity)
Third: against her Divine Maternity, refusing, at the same time, to receive her as the Mother of mankind
Fourth: those who seek publicly to implant, in the hearts of children, indifference, disrespect, and even hate for this Immaculate Mother.
Fifth: those who revile (and damage) her directly in her sacred images."
Let us pray together for an end to atrocities against the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary!
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of Thy Mercy!
Holy Mary, Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us!

For centuries, priests, monks, religious orders, and laity have prayed the Psalms throughout their day, in what is known as "the Liturgy of the Hours", or the "Divine Office".
By praying Morning Prayer, Daytime Prayer, Evening Prayer, Night Prayer, and/or the Office of Readings, we recount the beautiful history of our faith and unite our prayers with the entire Church.
Singing the praises of God, the earthly Church joins herself to the heavenly choirs and prepares itself to reach her. Thus, it is truly the voice of the Bride herself (the Church) who speaks to her Spouse (Christ) - in fact, it is the prayer of Christ, speaking with and through His Body (us!), to the Father.
Fr. Spenser leads Morning Prayer in the church every Thursday at 9am.
